Extra bed family room. The room is big enough. I stayed in room 306. When I went there, the air conditioner was under maintenance. There was no cold air, and it was noisy when turned on. The window was open, and the road section was not a main road, so it was quiet. Either there was no sound at all. Or you could hear whether it was a gasoline car or a tram passing by. There was not much difference between opening and closing the window. The breakfast was different every day with three hot and three cold dishes. The dishes were rich and combined with Chinese and Western cuisine. The Beijing-style dim sum tasted the same as the ones I had at the scenic spot. The customer service was perfect and considerate. The response was fast.

From the customer service to the manager, there is no credibility. I just sent a message yesterday to ask for a good review, saying that I can get a coupon for the next stay and adjust to a better room. After receiving the message, I immediately contacted to extend my stay for another day because my schedule changed. As a result, there was no discount, and it was more than 100 yuan more expensive than this time. It’s expensive, but the room is smaller... It turns out that good reviews are faked like this...
