The experience was very bad. I checked in at nearly 5pm and tried to turn on the TV before 7pm. I turned it on and found out that it was broken. Then I called the front desk, but no one came until I went downstairs to change rooms. When I started being questioned, I kept asking for an appraisal to find out when it broke. When I checked out the next day, a woman asked me why the TV was broken. I almost called the police. Wasn't this an attempt to blackmail someone? If any other friends stay in this hotel, they must pay attention. They must ask the waiter to check everything. Be careful. It feels so aggrieved to be wronged. Anyway, I swear I will never stay in this hotel again.
