The room layout is barely acceptable because the room price is still cheap. However, the corridor is a bit bumpy due to the floor heating. The sound insulation of the room is very poor. You can hear clearly any talking or walking in the next room or on the corridor outside the room. The worst thing is that black mold can be clearly seen on the walls and the bottom edge of the waterproof curtain in the bathroom. There is also a crack on the left side of the toilet where the toilet lid is locked, which keeps oozing yellow stains similar to urine stains. Occasionally, you can see a few ants wandering around the floor and bed. The above personal experience is for reference for those who want to find accommodation in Beijing.
