雖然選擇的房間沒有電梯，但好在樓梯不長。雖然房間較小，但應有設施俱全。雖然沒有可以需求的服務，但前台的態度真得温和。雖然是建築較老，但裏裡外外都是乾乾淨淨。很不錯的一次獨自住店選擇，到301醫院和五棵松地鐵站非常方便。

沒有瓶裝水，衞生間沒有腳墊毛巾，插座孔在桌子後面很難插。整體比較老舊。周圍沒有早餐店和攤，酒店府了一下，非自助餐。

不建議選擇398的無電梯房，設施破舊不堪，房間臟亂差，床頭沒有充電口，不是黴斑就是黃水垢，窗簾還掉了一半
