Hotel not in convenient area with more than 12 min walk to nearest subway station.
Very good service with very kind personnel that try to help whenever they can.
Clean rooms but little to no windows (opens in a closed area).

It's very near to the subway station and train station. There are so many restaurants nearby the hotel. cozy comfortable place to stay, staff is also professional. would love to stay here again. recommended

Very nice hotel with great rooms and nice personnel. The only problem for international travelers is that they don’t really speak any English. It is still very easy to use Google translate to communicate though.

本次來北京出差，選了靠近工作地點的全季酒店，沒想到這是一趟惡夢之旅。印象中的全季酒店還是有品牌型象的，沒想到這次入住體驗連快捷酒店都不如。酒店衞生臟亂差：打開門地上長長短短男女毛髮（頭髮，體毛）。房間也比較小，和速8酒店差不多。最受不了是，入住前台登記沒提前告知得情況下，第二天早上8點47分酒店開始裝修！各種電鑽聲音敲打聲音，嚴重影響正常休息！還有就是12點直接房卡鎖死，廣東一般默認是下午14點退，直接無法忍受。最後前台服務生還讓我不開發票給個好評，無法換位思考她的腦回路。
