I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the ladies and gentlemen of The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing, Central. In particular, I want to thank Alice from the Housekeeping Department. She always knows my preferences and prepares everything in advance for me before I check in. Every time I have a large number of packages, she will neatly organize them and place them in my room in an orderly manner. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely come back and stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 days. All of the staff were very friendly. Their English communication was great and without any issues. They tidied up the room very well and provided excellent service. Definitely recommend to anyone interested in staying here.

This is the 2nd Ritz Carlton i stayed in Beijing for the trip
Family of 3, infant of 7 months old - for 2 days
The design and thoughts put into the building is definitely worthy of a Ritz. Classy and solid build
In my view, the service we received was less than expected of a Ritz. It could be contributed to the fact that this is right in town centre and the occupancy is high
There was no introduction of the facilities of this branch and the staffs at the door looks inexperienced / untrained while they watched upon me getting my luggages out of the taxi and leaving them at the driveway while i set up the baby pram
Besides the service, the hotel is great, location fantastic, facilities are well maintained
