前台服務好，衞生環境優良，早餐可口美味，交通路程方便，外出走10米就能走車到北京精品小吃附近達樂美麥當勞肯德基都非常方便，建議吃一下附近的門框鹵煮

最讓我滿意的是服務人員的態度，細緻，連保潔人員都特別的好，最讓我印象深刻的就是柴海霞大姐了給了我家人一般的感覺，特別感謝大姐的照顧，衹要是她上的時候都會主動問及是否需要幫助，有任何問題隨時打擾，這是我遇到最好的服務人員了、就沖這位大姐，必須要給五星好評，下次🈶️需要還會選擇入住次此酒店，其次環境也不錯，房間很乾凈，也很安靜，

入住酒店起初並不愉快，房間是我們為客人預訂的，因為早餐費用、酒店裝修、早餐時間問題沒有得到很好的入住體驗，當時這個評論肯定會是一星差評的。
但是，我要着重提一下下酒店的面對客人投訴的解決方案，我提出問題後，酒店銷售王明珠女士和前廳經理麥爾丹先生分別給我來個一個電話溝通問題和了解訴求。
因為入住體驗並不好，房費也不到1000塊錢，我明確表示衹要解決方案不要求退房費，也就是想要酒店一個態度。
麥先生和王女士敏鋭的捕捉到了問題點，主動送我的客人去用餐及工作地，並且主動承擔了費用（費用我有提過，一碼歸一碼，但被婉拒），並短訊告知我事情的進展。
因為自己也在從事服務業，我是萬豪鈦金、國航白金等常旅客，深知這種走心的解決方案來之不易，我把這個案例分享給了我的員工，也希望有更多的服務業從業者能夠做到換位思考，而不僅僅因為我是攜程黑鑽。
