Nice hotel. There is only one coffee/tea machine so it takes ages to make a tea. Not enough sits during the breakfast so you need to wait, we went at 6.30 and wanted to eat fast but with sits and tea issues it took as about an hour. Breakfast is very good but for me too much negative energy, lots of Russians commenting on everyone, thinking no one understands them, some thought (no idea why) we were from Ukraine (which we are not) and just like that were rude to us.

The hotel is located at the center. It’s nearby many attractive places. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The MRT is close to the hotel. There is self service laundry, but you need to pay for it

This used to be Penta Hotel, now rebranded as new world tongpai. Located just behind New World Shopping Centre. If you are using the subway, please use Exit C or Exit H. Can also enter into M Cube Shopping Mall on LG floor and exit from Tim Coffee/Tours Bakery (ground floor) if u r using metro.The hotel entrance is just accross the road. Hotel lobby is modern. Room wise is ok and quite nice. Bathroom is slightly dated, and there's some mould between tiles gap. Otherwise, everything else in the room works fine. Their buffet breakfast is good for a 4 star hotel. Overall, if u want a hotel near the subway and surrounded by malls, this hotel is a good choice

Really lovely hotel attached to a shopping centre in a nice safe area. Lots of things are walkable but didi/Uber is super cheap anyway. The staff had limited English but did their best to always be helpful and polite. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from our room across the city was something we enjoyed. I would recommend this hotel.

Good location near metro. There's 24/7 convenience store downstairs. Room floor using carpet, ideal during winter. No english name outside the hotel so I need to rely on the location from Trip.com. They have robots for housekeeping, gym and paid washing machine

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the metro, making it easy to explore the heart of Beijing.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, which offered a mix of local and international dishes.
