1 投訴前台男的那個叫孫什麼州的 .預訂好酒店提前打了電話問了無窗是怎麼回事.其中一個女生接説可以升級到嬋音.結果到了前台這男的問誰接的電話？擺出一副官威那死樣子.然後挺勉強跟我説可以升級.並加微信（這裏我就跟朋友説加微信是幹什麼呢）隨後讓朋友幫我箱子送上樓走一半非要登記.我説送上去就下來 説也要登記.可以沒問題.理解你工作.但是我要朋友送.你要送 還非要人登記這個畫面真的很難看. 2 攜程提交訂單時勾選了2點退房.入住完第一天第二天中午11點多打了第一個電話（女）問是不是續房.我説我勾選了兩點. 第二個電話問我要不要打掃（女）.我説掛了請勿打擾就不要打電話了在休息.結果説因為掛了請勿打擾才沒敲門打的電話.那我請問你請勿打擾意義何在？ 敲門和打電話有什麼區別？ 然後我攜程寫了點評.（如圖）然後最無語的緊接着 第三個電話（男）説看到我寫了差評方不方便上樓處理一下？我一個女生入住你一個男的打電話你説方不方便？ 我説我已經因為接電話差評了你為什麼還要打電話騷擾？真的無語至極！ 掛了電話我第一時間給辦入住時候加的孫什麼州發微信説你們有什麼事可以先微信跟我溝通.然後發現竟然被刪了！被刪了？被刪了！好笑嗎？請問你當時要加我微信意義何在？你刪我又是為什麼？ （我自始至終都沒覺得打電話的小姐姐有什麼問題.）離店小姐姐還追出來送水我甚至不好意思.因為不怪你.但抱歉我不能平靜心情接受你的善意.第一次正常詢問.第二次阿姨正常打掃. 我投訴的衹有兩個男的.1在我已經差評後不想再接到電話.還打.你既然看過了評價難道你是不認字嗎？明確表明打擾後一個女生入住你一個男的還問我方不方便上樓處理？？？. 2 刪我微信的.孫什麼州.你加我微信就是為了刪？你們前台加微信是不是正常應該説有什麼事聯繫我們.你是不是也可以有事先發微信給我？尤其是在我説不要打電話説的很清楚聲音很大之後.這是不是加微信的意義？而不是我想跟你處理時你不給我機會處理.我離店你們又聯繫攜程巴拉巴啊的.攜程這麼多年除了你家酒店沒給別人寫過差評！從來不寫評論.你們酒店這兩個男的真的讓人無語至極.建議開除
