Really great service. Room was spacious and clean. Location was great, close to some sites and tourist attractions. Would come here again.

It was very goods hotel. The location, cleanliness and service was excellent. Only small issue was that the big bed is not enough for 2 Adult and 2 kids. But it shows suitable for 4 people on the hotel description. In summary, this hotel is very good. It is excellent for couples.

We went there for the experience of the Hutong Siheyuan. It is very close to Dashilan, but the subway entrance is still a little far to walk. Because it is a pedestrian street, we can't take a taxi. Later, we consulted Ctrip, and Ctrip responded quickly. I still give Ctrip a thumbs up. Later, I stayed for one night and decisively canceled the next few days of stay and rebooked other hotels. Although the hotel sent other staff to communicate and deal with it actively many times, the various excuses of the female employee at the beginning, the expressionless attitude without kindness and apology was really bad, affecting the mood. The most important thing when you go out is the mood. I also hope that the hotel will abide by its promise since it has accepted the order, and if it cannot do so, it should not accept the order. If the front desk is instructed by the hotel management, don't blame the staff too much, and provide more training and improvement from the management perspective. The hotel room provides Mimi shrimp strips and AD calcium milk for children, and plum juice tea is provided at the lobby entrance, which feels good. In addition, there will be porridge, eggs and pickles for midnight snacks after 9:00 pm, which can be reserved according to your needs. Unfortunately, the attitude of a female employee at the front desk affected the overall feeling.

Although the hotel is not very big, the overall area is still OK. There are six bottles of mineral water and three bottles of dolls every day, as well as some snacks. The room is very clean!!! I brought my mother to Beijing to play! It is very convenient to go to any tourist attraction when staying here! ! Especially to Tiananmen Square, it only takes 2 bus stops!!! The hotel is near Dashilan, which is convenient for eating and checking in!!!
