Bad experience for this place with poor manner of one of the staff
Anyway the keeper still willing to help find new room but the smoke make me wanna faint

Room is clean and very conveniently located whereby the main shopping street is just downstairs. However, when it came to the hardware, bed is very hard as though there is no mattress placed and sound-proofing is very bad as you can hear others talking from the beside rooms and kids running about when families return to their rooms, sometimes late at night. Shower water-pressure is awfully low that you can’t use the rain-shower despite having one. Lobby/common area also has a very bad washroom-like smell which turns you off the minute you enter.

Comfortable and safe, and most importantly, has aircon which is cold enough! My tv was out of service for the first day, which I later found out, I just needed to press the yellow button to reset the connection. It was difficult to find the hotel, but once found, it was easy to get everywhere, with 2 mrt lines nearby

I stayed for one night with family. Location is well located within the travellers hot spot and very near MRT station. Easy to find and there are lots of foods and fun nearby. The front desk staffs are very friendly and polite and it has welcome drink (Chinese tea) there for you to enjoy with unlimited supply even free bottle drinks are also there for you. Due to the package I chosen, they gave me a room without window yet the aircon only supplied warm air despite I’ve reduced the temperature to the lowest. Luckily I turned it off at night and natural cold air managed to flow in to the room from somewhere and the room temperature is then cool down the whole night or else we all might became roasted pig. Anyway the overall experience is good and the price is slightly n the high side. If it lower by another 20% would be great.

When I arrived the attendants were very helpful even though I didn’t speak a lot of Chinese. They showed me to my room and helped me with my bags. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its location and price!!
