Highly recommended to stay here. Thank you so much for great service for my family. My kids are so happy to stay here. Saved a lot of hustle and skip the long line in the morning is a plus points. I can go back to the room easily in between and go back to the park anytime. And we got the best view as we can watch parade from our room. In the morning, we saw how long the lines was and we glad we decided to stay here and celebrate my daughter birthday here 🥰 thank you so much and hope we can come back again in the future.

Super easy to access the park. The hotel has a special entry, so you can skip the long queue. After a long day, you can go straight back to your room to relax.
We ordered the room service for our dinner. The food is amazing and not pricey.

Very comfortable and clean. Staff and helpful and the breakfast had a good variety of western and Chinese dishes. The hotel is located right at the entrance of the park and has separate access for guests to enter the park, which is great.

Big hotel. Standard room. Basic amenities. Good for park visits as guests get one hour early access. Expensive ABF so didn't try. Guest services were polite but not helpful. Average stay.

It was a fantastic stay. Exactly what you would expect from a theme park resort. The 1hr early park admission was worth the expensive nightly rate. The food was great though we only ate room service to avoid the crowds. And the room service food was tip tier and great portions and price. If you are looking to save money definitely eat in the room for breakfast and dinner because the room service was surprisingly delicious.

The check-in staff were very friendly and answered our questions readily. The next morning, we checked about late checkout and a different staff also replied us patiently..wonderful 👍 the room was very clean, with all basic stuff for a night stay. Great that the TV has international channels 😃 a great way to make the trip to Universal Beijing enjoyable as we get the early entry pass with the hotel stay. Enjoyed a few rides with basically no queue. The entry and exit to and fro the hotel & park is seamless..excellent 💯

The chambermaids aren’t friendly at all. The front desk staff are friendly! USBJ upgraded our room to face the park. 6 bottles of mineral water are given for our room.
