The hotel offers convenient accommodation, close to subway stations and the Wangfujing Pedestrian Street commercial district. It provides free facilities such as a gym, a playground, and a washing machine. The staff is lovely and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Value for money. Service is excellence and provide children playground and even laundry services for free. Soundproof can improve but for price and with the location, its already scored high cp.

Booked a family room with 2x queen bed. Although the room size is big but lack storage space. Shower room needs improvement as water easily overflow to the common toilet area.

This hotel is very convenient and near Wangfujin Street and Jinyu Hutong station. The staff is very kind and helpful even they can’t speak English. Thanks a million for upgrading my Queen room to King room free of charge. Lastly. I was really impressed by a little robot bringing us the commodity.

The location of the hotel was great - it was near the Wangfujing shopping district, and walking distance to numerous public transport options. However, the housekeeping team was not thorough - there were often clumps of hair lying in the room (we even found someone’s used contact lens) and it was as if they just gathered the dust / dirt together and left it there. The plumbing in the hotel is weak, and the smell of sewage lingers in the toilet. The hotel was otherwise cozy and the reception staff were also helpful.
