Good Side—
- Big room, good for staying long time and large family with kids. Huge space with cooking facility.
- Will not recommend for only couples and 1/2 night staying.
Bad Side——
- We have found some used and wet bedding hanging in the room which made us very uncomfortable
- AC not worked

Location is very good within walking distance to Jijiamiao subway station. The apar**ent itself is located in a large mixed-use type building which makes a strange combination with office rooms neighboring the apar**ent. Apar**ent itself was not clean, especially the kitchen. Host was nice to supply items asked for such as cutting board, large knife, pot, toilet paper etc. Good choice for budget travelers.

1. Room was not cleaned. It was awful when we saw cockroaches running all over the place.
2. The staff was not prepared to receive guests even though they perfectly knew that we have paid for the room.
3. It was not a hotel at last. It was an "apar**ent" to accommodate domestic chinese travelers. The place is not designed to have foreign tourists.
4. Overall, I would rate the hotel 'very bad'.

I recommend these apar**ents for family or group living together as there is complete cocking facilities and extra folding beds, blankets etc. Metro is at walking distance of round about 11 minutes . No amenities,
