The environment of the small courtyard is clean and tidy, the decoration is very emotional, and the style is elegant and quiet.
Tableware, cooking utensils, seasoning, and mahjong machine are all available, and it feels like home.
The room is clean and tidy, especially the bed and quilt are very comfortable when you wake up.

我們是整體包的小院，性價比不錯，老闆很熱情。房間很新，衞生條件沒得説。樓上還可以燒烤。出門走5分鐘就是河邊，孩子們可以玩水，大人們可以釣魚。總體來説很不錯的民宿。

房間設施齊全，跟一些快捷商務酒店完全不一樣。房間設施新，床品舒服，總體物超所值，是一次非常滿意的體驗。門口可停車，房間很大陽光充足用品整潔，所有物品都很乾凈衞生，有USB充電口方便給手機充電，和不間斷電源。還有不間斷的熱水，十分方便。樓頂有燒烤台，還可以看到山清水秀的風景！滿意！

約朋友幾家在賽努精品民宿及周邊玩了一天，這次出遊簡直完美，白河灣來過好多次了，這次特別推薦這家民宿，床品舒服、環境美、態度好、衞生、河邊近等優點多多，露台燒烤、觀景、乘涼還可搭建帳篷。晚上一起做頓美食增進感情，大屏看電影、k歌、麻將、象棋、樂高、跳棋、撲克樣樣有。

清明節來白河灣踏青，沒想到氣温已經可以踩水了。住宿選了賽努，來之前看評價比較少，還有點擔心。來之後發現多慮了，賽努絕對是這一帶最好的！我們一共14個大人6個孩子，6個房間正好分配。床非常非常舒服，有兩個親子房，榻榻米帶小帳篷，孩子特別愛。衞生間的設施也高於普通民宿標準。客廳電視超大，還配有卡拉OK機，家裡長輩的最愛。天台可以燒烤，孩子還在旁邊搭了帳篷，玩的不亦樂乎。民宿主人還給我們準備了水果、牛奶，電磁爐、涮鍋等用具也很齊全，特別貼心！民宿距離河邊也就200米，水淺，還有成羣的鴨子，有孩子的話多帶點兒麪包，鴨子挺能吃的……總之，推薦大家帶家人來！

1. 民宿很新，風格現代，整齊乾淨，設備齊全。
2. 衞生間熱水充足，二樓也沒有水小的問題。衞浴是arrow的。
3. 廚房特別棒，鍋碗瓢盆一應俱全，電磁爐，鴛鴦鍋，toast機，電餅鐺，茶具，都有。飲用水濾水器是A.O. Smith的。
4. 6個房間，每個房間都有衞生間。有的房間還帶陽台或陽光房。床和枕頭非常舒服。
5. 頂樓可以BBQ。老闆還免費提供碳。
6. 民宿位於白河灣附近，有山有水，是北京周邊環境很好的度假聖地。
