I was attracted by the photos of the house first, and then I read the good reviews on various platforms, so I decided to book this place. The house is located in Yanqing District, Beijing, with very convenient transportation. The four guest rooms are carefully decorated, the kitchen is clean, and the seasonings are complete. You can cook by yourself. The day we checked in was the beginning of winter, and we made dumplings together. Each room has an independent bathroom, the KTV sound effect is very high, and the song list is also complete. There are also game consoles and game fences for children, which have slides, building blocks tables, small wooden horses, etc. On the day of check-in, we were lucky enough to catch the second total ***** eclipse in 2022. Both children and adults had a great time! The courtyard is about 10 minutes away from Wild Duck Lake, Kangxi Grassland, World Grape Garden, World Horticultural Exposition, and Guihe Forest Park. It is about 20 minutes away from Badaling Great Wall, Badaling Ski Resort, Wanjinglong Ski Resort, Longqing Gorge, Guyaju, Yudushan, and other tourist areas. There are various natural scenic ecological tourist areas such as Baili Gallery and Yongning Ancient City around. The landlord is very good. If you have any questions, ask them at any time. The housekeeper is also very warm and kind! My biggest feeling is: I am thinking about coming again next time before I leave. I haven't posted on WeChat Moments for many years. 綜合而言這地方真是不適合出來玩而住的地方，農家院聚會那種吧。房間和門廳的門內測的機械鎖是壞的，讓我覺得不安全，能反鎖是起碼的安全保障啊竟然反鎖不了，電視也看不了問了房東也解決不了，正常這樣的情況出現應該有管家上門的但是沒有，廚房的衞生咋説呢蒼蠅拍子和燒烤工具放在一起可想而知，冰箱裏也不乾淨，不粘鍋的塗層都掉了很多，有些碗都沒刷直接放在那，這讓人怎麼用呢。一個不抽煙的我竟然在KTV房間裏發現了好幾個煙頭，還有院裏的垃圾桶也沒清理乾淨，我就納悶在我入住前到底有沒有打掃清理衞生，整體感覺很差勁，永不再來。

燕燕熱情貼心的照顧，感覺就像回家了。 小院設施很全，KTV，麻將機，泳池，蹦床，浴缸一應俱全，滿足了大人和孩子們的娛樂需求。 小院很乾凈，床品潔白整齊，廚房廚具齊全，微波爐，烤箱，電火鍋，調料，餐具等等全有，很方便，小院可以燒烤，提供爐子和碳。 周邊還可以釣魚，騎車。 總之很不錯的一次體驗，下次還會來。

人不多的時候很划算，雖然衹住其中一間，但是設施什麼的都可以使用。適合帶長者孩子悠閑過個週末。位置好找。

房東特別好，推薦的餐廳味道特別棒，ktv隔音效果很好，孩子玩兒的很開心！
