20天自駕遊全程最滿意的酒店，服務員看到我們帶了小孩免費給我們升級親子房，還把早餐送到房間，服務太好了，房間也很寬敞很乾凈，必須5星好評

叫加個被子，第一次拿來的很臟一捆被芯很敷衍，找了攜程客服對接，告知沒有乾淨的被子，多次都解決不了，折騰一兩小時後麪給了個乾淨的被套…
前台業務一點都不熟悉，早上九點退房了十二點多還打電話問我續不續住
電視用不了，壞的，遙控器也不行，總之和價格不匹配
30平，廁所和浴室佔了一半，床邊很窄佈局設計不合理…

前台的妹紙人好心善，服務態度很好，直接幫升級了房間。等電梯時，維修電梯師傅居然暫時維修讓我先上。這整體感覺下來，酒店的服務意識比很多星級酒店要好了。雖然房間衞生有點小瑕疵，但是已經不影響入住心情了。

房間環境非常不錯，前台小姐姐服務很熱情，很貼心，讓我們有種賓至如歸的感覺，還體驗了一次機器人送餐服務，家人們都説住那麼多次酒店，不管環境，還是服務都是最好的，點贊!可惜沒拍到照片，哈哈
