Very well located hotel, super spacious rooms, well-assorted breakfast with good quality products and very friendly staff. Mr. Dulcivaldo manages the breakfast with great efficiency and cordiality towards customers, all of which made our stay in Belém a good memory

Great value for money. Close to the shopping mall and tourist attractions in the city, the facilities are comfortable and the service is excellent. Reasonable breakfast.

Very good hotel, perfect location, large and well organized room. I stayed for two nights, I was staying to take a course. When arriving at the hotel I was always able to study a little more, as the table and chair that the room has are excellent. I also liked the minibar that the room has. One point of attention was the air conditioning unit, which appeared to be old, as it made a lot of noise.

Had a great 6 night stay. Quality for a good price. Do ask for a stay in one of the bigger rooms. Staff very pleasant, polite and helpful. No gym, no pool, no dining options. Location good.

The hotel is well located for the things I wanted to do/see whilst in Belem. My room was huge with a large double and a single bed. Both room and bathroom were very clean but staff forgot to restock shower gel. Wifi worked well and breakfast was good.

The hotel has a very pleasant and colorful appearance. The room is spacious, large TV and cable channels, desk, very good internet and air conditioning, large and comfortable bed, but very small bathroom. The bathroom door opened in the middle of the bathroom and blocked access to the sink, that is, it only allowed one person to enter and we still had to close the door to use the sink (very bad). I asked to change rooms and the reception offered me another room, but I didn't change because I was working and couldn't make the change at the time. Positive point for breakfast. Lots of variety of fresh fruits, different juices, Minas cheese and all great quality products. However, there was no famous Brazil nut bread, a shame! And the cappuccino from the machine was watery. But overall, the breakfast buffet was delicious. Just compliments.

The only observation I make is the bed mattress that needs to be changed, as it is sinking in the middle, making it uncomfortable.

We have nothing but praise, the staff are super polite and ready to help us, wonderful service, fragrant bedding, daily cleaning of the room very well done, delicious breakfast with many options, they served a divine fair salad. We will check back for sure.

Reasonable, hotel lobby smells like mold, very bad room acoustics, drywall walls, even between the rooms, ok breakfast.
