The location was easily accessible, the staff were very kind. The rooms neat and clean, however the space was crammed, especially the kitchen.

My experience with this hotel was terrible! I booked a room for 2 nights with this hotel. I only booked 1 room thinking that the kids were already included because there are no options for child guest online. When we arrived there, we were informed that they considered my kids (ages 6 and 8 years old) as Adult guest. So I need to book another room good for 2 persons to accomodate my family of 4. So now we have 2 rooms each good for 2 persons. The other day, we requested a new bed sheets because it got stained, but they refused to change it because they told us they change linens only once a week because of the hotel policy to conserve energy and water, if we really want to change it we will have to pay 30 euros something 🙄. The next day, when we get back from outside the hotel, our door was locked already, we were informed that the front desk had booked the other room only for 1 night! All our things are still inside the room! My kids were already lying on the floor outside the room because they are already tired from our activities on that day. I still again need to fix it in the front desk! All in all, our experience in this hotel sucks! Not again! I do not recommend this!

We were coming from Nova Rock and got there quite early. We were greeted by a very friendly woman, who checked us in and gave us a room ahead of time, which was incredible. The washing machines and tumble dryers were a great bonus and easy to use. There's a cafe just down the road by the Spar as well which has great service and a lovely owner.

The hotel is generally average. Pros: a nice terrace in the room, spoons, forks, plates, cups, a corkscrew, etc. There is an extra sofa, one person can sit on it. The room consists of 2 rooms. Breakfasts are not bad. Cons: there is a railway nearby, and the noise from the trains can be heard even at night. The toilet is uncomfortable, it is impossible to sit on the toilet. Overall - satisfactory. But I will not stay at this hotel a second time.

The formaldehyde smell is super strong! I couldn't help coughing after I checked in. I opened the window, but the room was not ventilated at all, and even the quilt on the bed smelled of plastic... This is the worst hotel I've ever experienced in this European trip The only good thing is that it's quite big It's close to Meidling station, but it actually means that the location is very remote, and you have to take U6, which is quite dangerous⚠️

The room is clean and spacious, and there is an iron. It is very considerate. You can prepare clothes to enjoy the opera/orchestra... and the design is also very exquisite. 

酒店位置方便 門口就係路面電鐵站 要小心搞清楚搭車方向 來往維也納機場嘅話要轉一次車 酒店設計風格新穎 類型偏向青年旅舍 自助check in 但我哋check in嘅時候個password code入唔到房間 要搵職員再處理 最後比左張後備房卡先入到間房 連續住左兩晚無人執房 要自己去前台搵職員攞乾淨毛巾 特別嘅係適逢歐國盃舉行期間 第一晚房間內電視可以正常收睇賽事 但奇怪嘅係第二晚所有直播賽事嘅電視台都被封鎖 原因不明

I like the loft design and the facilities are complete. Good reviews. The hotel is not in the city center and is a bit far from Schönbrunn Palace, but there is a tram stop at the door. Overall, the transportation is convenient.

The facilities are complete, there is a kitchen, tableware, you can cook by yourself, it is clean and hygienic, the service is thoughtful and enthusiastic, any questions will be answered and directions will be given.

The room is quite big, and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the sheets are not very clean. Needs improvement There are also passwords for the room and the door. It worked the first time, but when I returned to the hotel that night, the password couldn't be used. I had to ask the front desk staff to help open the door.

Clean and tidy, complete facilities, and a subway station nearby. The house we lived in was newly renovated, so it had a bit of smell, but it was not a big problem. Overall, it was very comfortable to live in, and the price-performance ratio was also very good.
