Central Belfast Apartments: Fitzrovia

Pros Great location Spacious Lift access (albeit slow) Cons No blinds on door in lounge so there is a lack of privacy considering there is a sofa bed in here plus for those sensitive to light it’s not great to be woken up by daylight Soundproofing is poor overall - bedroom window doesn’t shut properly and in general street noise isn’t blocked out, could hear upstairs and next door during the night which disturbed sleep Sofa bed isn’t very comfortable

Beautiful high ceilings and the huge windows made this a perfect location for our 3 night stay in Belfast. We were blessed with lovely sunny weather so that certainly helped! The details sent on how to enter the apartment was clear and they even had a video! The bed was really comfy, plenty of storage in the rooms and the kitchen was perfectly laid out.There are a few tired areas of the rooms, but that's just wear & tear. But the rooms are lovely. There was one issue with hot water the first night but the team fixed it same day and while we were out for the day (Courtney kept us up to date on progress via email) Location is perfect for visiting Belfast, it's walking distance to everywhere! There are 2 restaurants literally on the doorstep! There are some great bars nearby too, so on a Sat night it can be a little noisy but only if you want an early night. Belfast was lovely, we'd definitely go back and stay in these apartments again!

The apartment was clean , spacious and well appointed. Its central location is terrific for sightseeing and restaurants ,walking distance to lots of attractions. On arrival we discovered our washing machine wasn't working, we have been travelling and needed to do some washing. We made a call and management had a technician around and fixed the problem. We went out for dinner , when we arrived home at 10 pm discovered we had no heating or hot water. Management were not contactable by phone after 5pm? It was March and very cold . We emailed them that night, we rang a number of times after 9am leaving messages with no reply . We rang a third time and we're able to speak to a staff member who said that someone would be there when possible. Both issues were fixed that day when we were out. When we checked out the next morning we emailed and enquired about compensation they responded promptly and positively and provided adequate compensation. We really liked the apartment and not withstanding the issues we would stay there again. And happily recommend it to others.

We have stayed in a lot of apartments, by far the nicest one. The interior is beautiful, really spacious & bright and cleanliness is 100%. Location is amazing in the city centre right beside the shops, restaurants, bars and clubs. Added bonus you don’t need to worry about finding or waiting on a taxi’s after a night out as it’s so close. Highly recommended, we will definitely be booking again on our next weekend break.

We had 3 apartments for our 4 night stay in June. The location is great but all reviews say that. A bonus was the proximity of the Hertz car hire when we hired for one day and parked overnight, very cheap and safe, so near our apartments. The apartments themselves - all equipment functioned well, lovely hot showers for all 3 couples even though happening at same time. Very quiet despite central location. Blinds keep out the early morning sun. An extra bonus: Cheryl the manager answered all my questions about local things without any bias. We would definitely choose this accommodation again - highly recommended.
