The hotel is clean and tidy. It has a fully equipment gym and ample of parking space. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices.
Will definitely recommend to stay at this hotel anytime.
A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay, which exceeded all my expectations. I arrived quite late and needed to check in and collect the keys myself, but the process was clearly explained to me in advance and was incredibly straightforward and convenient.
My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well-equipped. I particularly appreciated the two mirrors, each with its own lighting – such a practical touch! The location was also great, very convenient for getting around.
The staff were absolutely lovely and added to the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future.

Hotel was quite busy but had no trouble with noise. Breakfast was manageable as there are lots of seating around the dining area. Food choices were great & we couldn't complain. Room was clean & spacious & shower also good. Had to pay extra(£20/night) for parking, with having a bike is rare. Friendly & helpful staff.
Very, very nice stay, the room is super big and has everything you need. The self check-in was also uncomplicated and you could get a free beer from the fridge. You didn't notice anything at all from the bar underneath the hotel, so for us it was a 10/10

Let me talk about it first: shampoo and shower gel are my favorite Dutch organic brand Rituals; kitchen supplies are all available and especially convenient to use; go out is the beautiful and beautiful campus of Queen's University.
Let's talk about the dissatisfaction: Even if you don't clean the room for two days, but the clean towels are at least enough, right? ; I booked a twin room of 1.51~1.81 meters. The size of the double bed on the reservation message is also this size, but the actual size is at most 1.35 meters, which is too small; The room was too narrow, with no chairs and places to put luggage.
This is a crown jewel in UK! Boutique hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again.
Thanks so much for your great service!

Great
PPaulWe had a lovely stay at Tara, the staff were lovely, very friendly and very helpful with everything we asked including directions, additional parking time and the location was great for access to everything. The breakfast was fantastic, if a little light on the potato bread, which I love.😊
We had a great stay and would certainly recommend to any travellers.
孙孙The most satisfying hotel in this trip. The location is near Queen's College, there is a bus at the door, and 10 minutes to Europa Station when walking. From the train station near the Giant's Road, you can sit directly at the small train station opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. In addition to Ctrip's order to make a double bed room to the hotel, the other did not feel any discomfort, the hotel breakfast is super delicious, it is too much weight.
GGuest UserApartment was great, very clean and in a good location. Only problem was that i didn’t realise until I got there was that I had to put down a deposit. I think that this should have been part of the details when I booked. I was informed that it would only be put down as a pending amount but I was charged. Other than that I enjoyed the dream apartments and will stay again
