Hotel Sorriso

The hotel is OK, it is not new and has older spring mattresses. It is kept simple, a bed, a closet and a small bathroom, each room also has a balcony. It is a few seconds walk to the beach. Every evening there is entertainment for the children, unfortunately only in Italian. The hotel manager is very uncomplicated and friendly.

The hotel is certainly in a good position, facing the sea and a stone's throw from the center of Bellaria, but I would not consider the rooms to be three stars. A small note also for cleaning which certainly needs more attention. Fantastic swimming pool, very very beautiful, private, well maintained. Convenient parking in front of the hotel, available for all customers. The cuisine is good and the possibility of choosing between meat and fish every day is excellent. The highlights are certainly the gentleman and the girl at the reception, super helpful and kind, thank you for the chats over the excellent coffee.

We had a very good time, friendly staff, in particular the owner, the girl at the reception and Camilla from the restaurant. good food, always a choice of meat and fish and an excellent vegetable buffet. Fabulous location for both the center and the beach. Very nice pool. The structure needs some updating but we had a delightful week.

Very nice family run hotel. The room is clean, fresh and functional, the position allows you to sleep with the window open. The food is really great, with a very varied menu. The staff is very friendly and competent. The location is also excellent as it is located a few meters from the sea and the city center. Parking is located in front of the structure. I advise

It is the classic Romagna hotel. There is no shower cubicle. Very close to the sea near the center parking in front of the hotel. The swimming pool is very large with heated water. Always possibility to choose fish for lunch and dinner. At breakfast there is everything and more. Value for money is priceless. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Negative experience. Very old hotel and structure without any maintenance, acceptable food. Poor breakfast. Swimming pool without lifeguard. Very kind girls at the restaurant. Luckily my holiday lasted 4 days otherwise I would have run away. Not recommended.

Unfortunately, we wanted to try it anyway despite the very negative reviews, we adapt a lot to the places we go but this time we weren't able to. Booking on the phone we confirm directly and ask if we had to pay first or give a deposit and we are told that we would have paid on the spot, we book a triple room with air conditioning, saying that it was a better solution than those reserved for booking... we arrive and already they tell us that they had no reservations for that day, I tell him about the phone call and he tells me that he remembers, he finds us a room, once we entered it was a simple double room and with the baby's stroller, as soon as we had space, I looked for the air remote control air conditioning, but it was not present, apparently it had disappeared, the towels were missing, we informed the reception. Cleaning was unfortunately non-existent behind the door, a small pile of sand, a wooden part above the head with an inch of dust and a very dirty mini fridge, we would like to point this out and we go out for dinner, we arrived at 4.30pm. upon returning they had removed the dirt behind the door and cleaned the fridge which in my opinion doesn't even work, I left a bottle inside and it remained room temperature, but they hadn't cleaned the headboard and the towels hadn't been brought so I had to go down again to request it and in the end they were brought to us. we get into bed and find the mattresses really uncomfortable, on the left it felt like I was sinking and on the right I instead had my back arched, we turn on the TV but it continues to freeze and skip the signal, at that point, we go down annoyed and we say that we feel bad in the room and that we would like to leave, the answer was ok no problem, so let's book elsewhere. The breakfast here too, unfortunately we found that it was all packaged from the supermarket, even the bread looked like that and was clumsy, the croissants were small and dry, at least these we hoped were fresh. I go to pay and in addition to not even apologizing for the inconvenience, the cost of the room was higher than that agreed for a triple being among other things a double, I pay in cash and not even a receipt even if I asked for it. We are really sorry.

We stayed 3 nights half board, excellent value for money. The hotel is a few steps from the sea and the main avenue, with a large and clean swimming pool, the breakfast is quite well stocked and the dinner is discreet. The Wi-Fi works well, functional rooms with a beautiful view of the sea and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I was skeptical given the not too positive reviews, but I had a great time! In my opinion people don't understand that the hotel is a 3 star, so who knows what luxury they hope to find, I recommend it and will definitely return.

Terrible experience, arguments between family members with shouting at all hours, including late at night. Dog barking desperately 24 hours a day. No respect for customers in the series. Not recommended......
