Good location as it is just next to train station and metro station. Located in the shopping region. With 5 star standard. Breakfast is good. Room is clean and big.

We got an upgrade room very happy with the room but pillow not so nice to sleep 😒

Perfect hotel I would not hesitate to stay here again at any time!

When booking, I specifically found a relatively new hotel. There is a subway downstairs. Men can go to San Mame Stadium to watch the game in three subway stops. The British Palace Mall is across the road. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the old town. It is very convenient. The hotel does not have a parking lot. The public parking lot is a little more than 10 minutes away. There are many restaurants and cafes around, which is super convenient for eating.

The hotel is in an excellent location, located in the city center, with various specialty stores and the British Palace nearby for shopping. Dining is just behind the hotel, with a wide variety of bars and restaurants to choose from. The hotel rooms are relatively large, which is pretty good in Europe!

The bathroom facilities are great. The bedroom is relatively simple, but overall it is clean. The bed is very comfortable and the hardness is moderate. The front desk service is average. First of all, I have prepaid the room fee, but the front desk insisted that I have not received it and is unwilling to check it carefully. Later, I became a Ctrip agent. It was only through communication that the solution was resolved. In addition, I was given a double bed even though it was a twin bed, but there was no room for negotiation. Later, a sofa bed was made for me.

Great location in Bilbao. Room is well-appointed, especially the bathroom. It's always nice to have two sinks when traveling with a partner. Being able to screencast to the tv was nice. The rooftop bar is lovely, it was a little chilly at night, so we couldn't stay as long as we would have liked. Staff were extremely friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs.

The final stop on our 3 month trip around Europe, and slightly disappointing for a ‘5*’ Nothing bad, not nothing great. As a gold member I was given a voucher to enjoy a roof top drink, but was only allowed a very limited selection of drinks, not even a cheap cava included. Not the service you’d expect from a 5* but the staff were limited by hotel rules.

Loved my stay at the Raddison Collection Bilbao. Excellent location and super friendly staff. Restaurant, gym, room were all excellent. Dining at the onsite ENEKO restaurant was superb! Thank you.
