Check in was great! Room was dirty. Breakfast had not 1 piece of fruit. I was excited for the bar however the food was all processed and fried. Bartender needs basic bar training. It felt like everyone was doing 2 jobs. Cleaning rooms and front desk. Bartending and cooking food. This place needs lots of love.

Found a cockroach in my room. Have not heard back from the property. Also found out my door wouldn’t close properly when I left to check out and leave.

Property and amenities were great. Reservation service was terrible. Booked through *******. QI & S lost our reservation on a very popular weekend and rooms were sold out. After 2 hours of investigating, waiting w/proof of conf# & payment, mysteriously a room became available from a cancellation. When we arrived, staff was very attentive, however, never received any discount and anything for the headache and issues with booking,

Check in went well, however when we got to the room, you could tell it had been closed up since it was used last; stale hot air, (with current 90° outdoor temps), we cranked the air and left the room within minutes to go to the pool area. The pool fans need upkeep as there was a constant screetching from them, pool water was pretty cold. Luckily when we got back up to the room about an hour later it had finally cooled off. One bedspread had unknown stains. The rest of the nught went well, uneventful. Easy check out, okay breakfast.

Due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to stay at this facility. I called and stopped by to cancel reservation. I was told I’d have to contact *******. At the time of securing the room I did not realize that there is no cancellation!! Please help me out with this dilemma!!
