O hotel é muito bem localizado. A limpeza é excelente. O atendimento de todos funcionários é muito bom.

O hotel é muito bom. Excelente café, funcionários cordiais, ótima localização, ótimo custo-benefício. Os pontos negativos: rampa da garagem muito estreita e perigosa para carros maiores, os quartos tem piso de carpete, o condensador do ar fica na varanda do quarto fazendo barulho alto, a TV do quarto ficou instalada na passagem oferecendo perigo para bater a cabeça, os elevadores tem aquela porta antiga e pesada que dificulta a passagem com malas, a piscina tem um toldo de acrílico que quando chove faz um barulho enorme para quem está perto do quarto andar. Só atentar a esses detalhes, uma nota justa seria 8 em 10.

Some complain about the property being older but it was a good experience. Its older but sort of oldschool in its own way. Very clean. Bed is a bit short and sofa was worn. Blankets are worn. I originally stayed here one night and decided to stay another night. Breakfast had a variety delivered to the door. Air conditioner worked great.
Nice TV and channels though we didnt use much. Its a great value. Mini bar was stocked but some Diet Coke would have been nice. I would stay here again.

O apart hotel é muito confortável, me senti em casa. É composto de sala, cozinha integrada, quarto e banheiro. Na cozinha há utensílios necessários para preparar refeições, o que é muito prático. Limpeza do apartamento bem feita. Ar condicionado funcionando em plenas condições. Chuveiro com água fria e quente. Cama confortável. Café da manhã bom. Funcionários muito educados e solícitos. O único ponto que destaco a ser melhorado é a qualidade do Wi-Fi que estava bastante instável. Só conseguia me conectar na área da sala e, mesmo assim, a conexão caía muitas vezes. De um modo geral, avalio a acomodação como excelente. Retornando a BH, pretendo me hospedar no apart-hotel Cheverny novamente.

Eu amei o hotel! A recepção é muito atenciosa. Chegamos um pouco antes do horário de check in e como já havia quatro disponível, nos deixaram entrar. O café da manhã é gostoso e adequado. A localização é excelente! Encontramos tudo perto: locais para visitar (museus, igrejas, praças), restaurantes, supermercados... Além de ser super silencioso. Achei o hotel com uma estrutura ótima! Voltaria a me hospedar ali sem dúvidas!
