Overall it's a good hotel, this time we had problems with the water running out and it took a while to come back. Furthermore, no one made a point of warning or anything like that.
The other day, breakfast as a whole was over, we ran out of milk, cake, etc…each function gave me a different justification for what happened. Several people arrived to eat and there was nothing, the baskets were all empty. The dissatisfied guests, taking photos and no one came to explain or guide the people, it was horrible!

The physical structure of the hotel is very good, but the air conditioning doesn't work and doesn't even have Wi-Fi. The lack of cleanliness was annoying from start to finish! And I didn't feel safe in this hotel.

Atendimento é péssimos, ja iniciando pela péssima recepção e total falta de educação e profissionalismo da atendente. Já quarto com porta do banheiro totalmente mofada e as camas fedendo a urina, infelizmente fiz pagamento antecipado e me arrependo ate hoje.

Atendimento inicial não foi dos melhores, 2 Recepcionistas sem muito interesse em conversar com o Cliente, quanto questionadas sempre com argumentos de que o CLIENTE deveria fazer o que é papel delas... No quarto notei a ausência de manutenção, janelas não fecham para melhor conforto, suportes das cortinas a ponto de cair, Almofadas MOFADAS, roupa de cama um pouco encardida, ventilador muito barulhento, no local de tomada existe apenas 1, ou liga a TV ou o Notebook, ambos não tem espaço. Enfim, EU não pretendo mais reservar nesse estabelecimento. Me Hospedei no quarto 212, infelizmente não tirei fotos para postar nessa avaliação. Espero que tenham uma rama grande de clientes pois Eu não volto...

Hotel totalmente diferente do anúncio, quarto sem nenhum conforto, camas desconfortáveis, quarto quente, limpeza péssima, tinha até barata no quarto. Recepção atendimento péssimo, recepcionistas com cara de bunda, solicitei a troca de quarto e nada fizeram.

O quarto tinha só um ventilador pequeno e as camas não eram muito confortaveis. o quarto não contava com ar condicionado. o cafe da manhã quase não tinha opções e o slão estava cheio de mesas sem organização e tambem estava muito quente sem nenhum tipo de ventilador ou ar condicionado.
