Decent hotel, more like a resort. Facilities are stricted unless you are on all inclusive deal like use of spa. Also breakfast was decent but no real fruits. Mostly canned and juices were not real juices.

It has exceeded our expectations!! We have spent 8 days with All Inclusive and it has been a fantastic vacation. The hotel lacks nothing. Excellent cleanliness, excellent facilities, and very friendly staff. The food is also quite good. The only thing that we believe can be improved is the offer of entertainment activities to the Spanish public. They turn a lot to foreigners and Spanish animation remains in the background. If this would improve, it would be amazing.
As for Trip's customer service, give them a 10, since when we arrived at the hotel they told us that our daughter was not included in the reservation (despite the fact that the reservation was well made) and they made us pay almost an additional €700 for the girl and from the moment one Trip has responded very well, solving the problem quickly and with unbeatable attention. In less than a week Trip has paid all the expenses for this inconvenience and they have refunded me 100% of the amount that the hotel made me pay to be able to check in my daughter.

Just returned home from 11 days at this hotel and what an amazing holiday this is our second time at the hotel we didn’t think anything would top the amazing time we had last year but this year was even better! The hotel is lovely and clean and every single member of staff is friendly and helpful the bar staff are very friendly the staff at the restaurant were amazing and our favourite part the entertainment team were outstanding special mention to Kyle and ash who made our boys holiday one to remember. There is entertainment to keep the children entertained all day and night and they do an amazing job our boys have cried the whole way home today as they didn’t want to leave and are already nagging us to rebook. Louise at swim academy was also amazing our son has always hated swimming but absolutely loved his lessons with Louise. There’s lots of negative reviews about the food but we thought it was absolutely fine it’s just your typical all inclusive buffet style with plenty of choice and they seem to do a different theme every evening

We have just returned from a weeks holiday at the holiday village. My husband, myself and our 2 boys age 4 & 2 We had the best week. The hotel is clean, spacious rooms with a big balcony. The entertainment staff are amazing with the children and work so hard all day to make sure everyone is having a great time. The food for an all inclusive is absolutely fine, loads to chose from. You can also use 2 restaurants on site during your stay. Nice to break it up. The water park is where we spent most of our time. It’s 2 mins from the hotel over a little bridge. Our eldest son done the swim academy with Louise and Anna, and he loved it and came on so much. They were great with him. I struggle to see how so many people have left bad reviews on this. We had the most AMAZING time! And will definitely return!

Just returned from a week away with my partner and our 2 girls and we had the best time! The entertainment throughout the day and night were beyond anything I expected I wanted to say a massive thankyou to Kyle, Bec, Ash and Ollie for making our time memorable! The way you all interacted with our kids were amazing! I didn't get the names of all of the purple people but you were all amazing! The day time staff and pool entertainment was amazing getting us all involved in bing bong bingo! The shows at the night were brillant the performances you guys put on were 2nd to none! Even with me throwing the odd heckle in you welcomed it and smashed it! Honestly you guys made the holiday what it was for us! The facilities were excellent, room was cleaned every day and set out for the girls really nice, The food was OK, abit repetitive at times but the overall experience was excellent but that is thanks to our purple people lol were booking again just because of you guys! I would highly recommend anyone with kids go there because its so worth it!

Place is amazing, staff really, really nice. Guy at the pool is so lovely and welcoming :) the only one thing I would complain is the internet, very bad. But I still would give 10/10

Spacious room but a little old fashioned. Good parking if you have a rented car. The main Restaurant had a good variety of foods but place is too noisy with too many people. Good spacious pool area.
