It’s pretty good. Rooms are not that big compared to Marriott in other cities. Breakfast is amazing the variety is really good. It’s location is great. In the heart of the city of Beijing. If you have business in the city center it’ll be perfect . If you have an embassy appointment it’s even better 1km away from American embassy and a host of others. Pricy but comfortable

Hotel was nice and staff where friendly. Some things missing from the mini bar but hotel was quick to fix and easy to deal with.

It was great a stay. Location and cleanliness were perfect. Receptionist Christina was supportive and helpful. Great manners and kind. Whenever I asked her she helped with pleasure. Overall it was a perfect experience.

This was everything I needed when I arrived very late into Beijing. Wonderful staff, the lady at the front desk, Christina was so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay even more because of the staff here. Thank you. The location was great for where I needed to be. Room was comfortable and all my needs were met. I would recommend a stay here without hesitation.

Great stay! Loved the upgrade and the fruit. Service was lovely too, got extra bathsoap and they provided me with a charger which I had forgotten.

Very professional cooperative and kind staff, they know very well to deal with guests and give full protocol, front desk staff highly qualified and cooperatetive Ali, Devin and specialy Miss Nana Bian she gave a such a warm welcome and as a diamond member of trip.com she offered a free breakfast and free room upgradation very kind and professional, 5/5 for her 5* service, I enjoyed my stay with full diamond member protocols after a long time and checkout accordingly my choice, very clean and tidy full equipped rooms , I had an amazing stay highly recommended specialy for foreigners. # services excellent #check Inn check out very relax # breakfast excellent #rooms out standing # location very good surroundings with of food restaurants.

Nice hotel located in a great area. For those searching a place to stay during the trip to Beijing, this can be included in the final list. The several amenities are ok. Didn't have the possibility to have dinner at the hotel as there is a nice offer around.

The front desk service was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful service. Unfortunately, the pool was not in order. We had checked previously if it was functioning and even checked the policy page but hidden at the very bottom was a disclaimer saying that the pool was closed. The front page, however, listed that a pool was available and free of charge. This is an aspect that trip.com should try and rectify and/or by the hotel updating the services available. Our sole purpose was to use the pool. The hallway needs some attention. Lots of scratch marks visible for a 5 star hotel. We were upgraded to a business room. I counted 4 phones (?) in the room. Why not keep a disco ball, a VCR and some roller skates in there too? Easy to get the park and lots of restaurants located across the street.
