Jinsha Hotel (Tianshui Railway Station Pedestrian Street) Reviews

Read lots of reviews about this hotel before booking it for a night. I'll still give it a 5-star review because it is so convenient for independent travellers like us. The railway station as well as the local public buses station/stops are just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom shower has strong flow of water. It's near to the famous Malatang eateries, too, just less than 5 minutes walk away. The rooms are not sound proof and we can hear the next door guests talking. Since it was already 12.30 midnight, we couldn't get to sleep due to the non-stop talking in the next room, we decided to seek help from the counter staff to give us a quiet room. She was so kind and moved us to another room on the same floor in the middle of the night. Kudos to this kind lady.

Although the decoration is a bit old, the facilities are useful and it is cheap after all. It is just a bit noisy and not soundproofed, which is not ideal.

The hotel is in a good location, just opposite Tianshui Railway Station. The departure station of many buses is also here. There are direct buses to Maijishan Grottoes and Taizhou District. The hotel is decorated in a European style and is a traditional hotel. The hotel facilities are a bit old, the bedding is not bad, and the chairs and sofas look dirty. The hotel staff have strong service awareness, good attitude and politeness. Breakfast is cooperating with two restaurants at the door, and you can eat with hotel meal coupons. The room is heated by air conditioning and is quite warm. The downside is that the shower stall in the bathroom has no door, and the water flows all over the floor when you take a shower. The bath water is relatively fine. There is some water leakage in the toilet tank.

Great hotel. I stayed for five nights and slept very well. It was really a stress-relieving room. The hotel is very close to Tianshui Railway Station. You can see it as soon as you look up after leaving the station. It is very convenient to take a bus or experience Tianshui's light rail tram. In the past few days, I have taken buses to Maiji Mountain, Pure Land Temple, Fuxi Temple and Antique City, which has saved a lot of transportation costs. Just a few steps away is the pedestrian street and farmer's market, where you can eat and shop. I highly recommend the Red Jianjian Ramen next to them. For accommodations with high hygiene requirements, their housekeeping is also worthy of praise. The whole cleaning is very clean and makes the stay very comfortable.

The hotel room service attitude is very good, but the Shuihui service attitude is average. The environment is very good, with 24-hour central air conditioning, and the bed is very comfortable. . . . . . Well, the accommodation is highly recommended. If you want to go to Shuihui to take a shower, forget it. It is being renovated, so there is only a shower. It's better to wash it in the house, the service is not as good as the hotel front desk
