酒店在張公湖旁邊，我訂的房間，正好可以看到湖景，房間裝修挺不錯的，打掃也乾淨，整體不錯，就是沒有早餐，

房間實際和圖片相符，好看乾淨，客服給的指路圖很清楚，地方好找，離銀泰萬達也挺近，步行十分鐘吧，唯一美中不足就是樓裏有裝修的，不過還好裝修不在休息時間（上午睡懶覺有點點影響）總體挺不錯的👍

蠻好的，位置方便，晚上睡覺很安靜，設施也很齊全，貼心的是馬桶上有一次性無紡布，很衞生。房間內很智能，住起來很順心，美中不足的是床頭邊上的茶几上面有煙燙過的痕跡，應該是住客燙的，不過就感覺不太好了～可以考慮換一種材質的牀頭櫃呢

很垃圾我衹能説，説是ai智能黑科技，我感覺更像個**，不是連不上局域網，就是設備不在線，反正就是關不上開不了，最後還是自己手動開燈開電視。
還有就是衞生間小的可憐，一平米最多了，我洗澡都轉不開身，蓬頭壞了換了一個還是壞的，洗漱台也臟的不行，真的很影響心情，都是照騙！差評！

房間還是可以的，客服的態度也很好，就是有裝修的一大早8點電鑽聲比電視聲音都大挺影響的一直到11點才結束，然後早上沒休息好11點睡著了12點多才被門口阿姨叫起來，不過真的態度很不好，説給我發訊息也不回很不耐煩的樣子，趕緊穿衣服走了有可能是我的問題，但是阿姨真的蠻兇的。

入住了幾次，這次的入住體驗很不錯，房間很智能，維護的很好！客服小姐姐依舊那麼熱情耐心！樓下的青創街非常值得去，很漂亮也很熱鬧 有好多美食！張公湖公園也很漂亮。。總體很奈斯。
