Just back from a lovely week here all inclusive staff fantastic food very good outside pool was fabulous all areas spotlessly clean drinks very nice and served in glass and pints, rather than plastic beakers, which is usual with all inclusive. definitely will return :m

Hotel is nice ,the hotel lobby entrance could do with a make over tiles look well worn ,rooms pleasant, power shower great. the food is plentiful but the sausage the worst I have had must be awful everybody leaves them on there plate overall 3*

Julen and Alonso on the entertainment team were great. The Entertainment as a whole was the best hotel entertainment Ive experienced. Bar staff especially Jorge were very helpful. The food was just ok but did find something to eat each day. Rooms could use a but of tlc.

This for the price is a great hotel. Food all round it good and tasty. Location to everywhere is perfect. Some of the poor reviews make me think I went to a different hotel ! Yes the room on small size , lifts slow, (why not walk down/ up using stairs) and it's 5 euros per WEEK for kettle. All round a good hotel if you want 5 star pay the bucks !!

Thought we were booking Sol pelicans but we were in ocas which was not clear when we booked but that would be easyJet’s problem not the hotels. Food was mediocre at best but lots of choice and other guests seemed happy with it. Noisy , we were on the side facing the pelicans and there was a lot of noise from extractors running across the flat roof below also tremendous amount of street noise more or less all night, there were also a lot of people shouting from their balconies in the early hours .lastly I wouldn’t say it’s filthy but I wouldn’t say it’s clean either but I did find all the staff helpful and happy

Check in very slow even though we checked in online the queue was long & took a while. We got a Sol pool view room on the 9th floor which was very nice. The breakfast was good plenty of choices to suit all tastes. The evening meal was just ok with limited choices.A nice touch from the hotel on the day of my wife’s birthday was when got back to our room after a day around the stunning pool area there was a bottle of sparkling wine with a nice card wishing her a happy birthday.

We booked this hotel last minute and was very happy with everything. First time coming with kids as we have been with friends etc before . We knew before coming Benidorm is not a quiet place etc but we don’t mind im talking about outside etc. we spent a lot of time inside the hotel and was very happy with everything staff are very friendly. Rooms are basic but clean everyday bed made etc . Bring your own towels for pool. The pool area is great and spacious we all loved it, drinks are good lots to choose from . Food has been great lots to pick from if you don’t get down for breakfast in time you have the choice of breakfast at the snack bar too next to the pool. Lots of snacks for everyone all day. You do have couples hens and stag do staying at this hotel can be noisy sometimes early hours but what do you expect. Beds were very comfy we all slept well. Entertainment during the date and at night was very good for kids and for adults. My son is 6 and he loved the kids club wanted to go everyday the staff play lots of activities with the kids round the pool area and treasure hunts etc kids very looked after by staff when at the club. I’m not certain on names etc but I think Bobby meda Alexjanda and alonzo all very good including all staff if I’m honest. We have had a lovely stay 😊 thanks for having us we will be back x
