Luxmar Apartaments

It’s ok, I was expecting worse! Group of 15 of us over 8 rooms. The room itself was dated, but they were spacious. I wouldn’t describe the room as clean. The beds were clean but the skirting boards etc. hadn’t been cleaned. I wouldn’t have used a cup or glass from the kitchen but the worktops looked ok. My husband said I was being daft about the glasses he got one to use and it had been used as an ashtray. Location was ideal for families, but I wouldn’t stay there with my family. The staff were amazing, all friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t choose to book here again, but if friends were to book it again I’d still go

The Luxmar Apart/hotel was awful, we stayed in room 1202 for 1 night out of our 4 night break & it was freezing cold, the blankets were smelly, the apar**ent is well worn & in dire need of upgrade, chipped floor tiles, rusted cold radiators, stained smelly sofas, mattresses sunken in the middle & noisy when you turn due to plastic coverings, lumpy pillows, greasy handprints over the insecure door with the faulty lock, main hallway less than inviting & the pool area is very run down with a layer of flies occupying the pool - wouldn’t take much to renovate & clean but seems they just aren’t interested - we moved to a 2 bed luxury apar**ent in the old town & we were glad to get away! Do not waste your hard earned money staying here!

I've stayed at the Luxmar 3 times now and i'm going again this year. It's clean, cheap and cheerful. Never had any issues. Staff are lovely and always happy to help. Our last stay had a beautiful few from the balcony. It's in a perfect location too. Well worth the stay. Don't go off the bad reviews on here, go and make your judgement for yourself :-)

Having seen recent hysteria around this hotel I thought it only prudent to write my own experiences at the Luxmar. I have stayed here three times since 2022 with my wife and even brought my son and his lovely wife on the most recent occasion. Having run several of my own successful businesses I can tell you that the staff here are some of the best and the quality to price ratio is staggering, at the Luxmar you truly get more than you paid for with friendly staff, clean apar**ents and for me one of the best locations in Benidorm. My Gareth (son) was flabbergasted at the measly amount charged and felt he had to leave a respectable tip given the great experience we had. Would highly recommend this hotel but would advise not to over do it on the refreshing and staggeringly cheap estrella as I fell asleep pool side luckily staff were on hand to wake me and remind me to top up my factor 50 so I didn’t burn.

A word to the critical..... you thrive on negativity offering very little yourselves whilst enjoying a position over those who offer up their hard work and passion to your judgement. Last month I had the privilege of a lavish no stone unturned luxury hotel experience from a singularly unexpected source - a 3 star Benidorm Hotel. I was rocked to my core in the process. A sublime thought provoking food menu, bespoke hi-spec finished rooms, zest for life hotel staff who seemingly can't do enough for you, a location that if you picked the hotel up and strategically placed it yourself you couldn't beat are just a very small taste of what's on offer at Luxmar. There are times in life you have to take a step back shuddering in embarrassment at paying so little for 3 awe-inspiring days. Totally challenged my parameters of what is possible at £38 per night. Bravo !!!!!!

I have stayed at the Luxmar approximately seven times over the last two years, at different times of the season. The apar**ents are basic but are in an excellent location, making an ideal base, and I have always found the staff to be exceptionally friendly, helpful and trustworthy. It is a cheap and cheerful place that has become my go to whenever I stay in Benidorm. I would recommend the Luxmar Apar**ents and believe you should see for yourself and not be guided by negative reviews when deciding whether to stay here. This is a budget friendly aparthotel which I have recommended to friends and family seeking a quick and inexpensive break.

After reading the reviews I entered the hotel with a sense ot trepidation. I needn't have worried as this turned out to be one of the best holidays I've ever had, up there with Efe in Cyprus. The facilities are excellent, the Egyptian cotton sheets are to die for and the pillows, well Let's just say my case came home a little heavier. Massive shout out to the staff who were fantastic from the moment I arrived, nothing seemed too much for them. Jain and his team really should be proud of themselves.
