獨立餐廳的飯不錯，自助餐廳一般。各種活動很多，服務都很好。但是海灘一般，赤潮嚴重，沒有加勒比藍。

The rooms were spacious and clean. The beach area was nice. The restaurants were not very good. The buffet was just horrible with limited choices, the smallest buffet I have encountered at an all inclusive. While the food at the restaurants was below average and they did not take reservations so sometimes wait time to be seated was an hour. After this experience would not stay at a Dreams property.

Good hotel ,amazing beach
No recommend visitors using MTS for excursions,there are hidden payment and fake promises for refund
I would recommend using agency which really organise trip Exinok,discover Cancun etc

The restaurants were awesome, but did note that a few were closed on certain nights limiting the options. There were also private parties in some areas ( hot tub, two restaurants) which limited accessibility to those areas for which I had already paid for as part of this resort. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Staff was excellent - friendly and attentive. Property beautiful.
However…..we decided to get a room with a plunge pool as getting 4 chairs together around any of the main pools is always iffy. Our room faced north. All shade and ice cold- unusable. WASTE of money! Why would they book us in a north facing room??? Our friends came along - their standard room came with robes, slippers, beach bag….we received none of that. I hate the inconsistency at resorts in Mexico. We choose many resorts that different friend couples accompany us to and they seem to receive the better room, better view, free upgrades and perks. We could have complained and been moved but we were already unpacked for the week. Also, we booked an excursion that left the resort at 7:35 - oh well, it’s early but it will be fun. But no, we waited until after 8 am to find out the time had been changed to 9 am. We were not informed of this change. More sleep and a leisurely breakfast would have been nice.
Love Mexico, love their people but do not appreciate the Mexican business model.

Our room was very noisy all night. Room needs to be updated. The floor hallway that we were on needed to be cleaned more than once a week. The food and servers were amazing!

I liked the hotel and the staff. I did not like the check in process and the vacation club pressure. I ended up cancelling the vacation club tour and forgoing the free items. Being VIP was nice, free cabana beds on the beach and the complimentary hydro massage was awesome! VIP lounge was an added bonus. The beach is nice but not turquoise like Cancun area. There is sea**** but they work hard to keep it clean. We chose this resort because of high reviews for food. We didn’t think food was any better than other resorts we’ve stayed at before. Steakhouse was good but steak came out very bloody for well done and I couldn’t eat it. Lunch at the steakhouse restaurant was good. Buffalo wings and fajitas were excellent. I got sick off nachos at pool grill and I didn’t like the Italian restaurant. Breakfast buffet was great with made to order omelette. Room service was also good. One hot tub was broken while we were there and the other was like a jetted pool not warm by any means. Loved the spa and on the beach they do beach massages for $60 for an hour. This was awesome too and separate from the spa. Santiago was a server on the beach and him and Lenry were awesome! Garson at the beach bar was also awesome! I tried to communicate with hotel prior to our arrival to see about elopement ceremony. Emailed 3 separate addresses and got no response. Overall, I probably won’t stay here again but we still had a great time.
