The staff is amazing. Ernesto at the swim up bar was great. The guys at Rita’s taco shop were great. Rapheal at the Latino restaurant was awesome. Top notch staff

We stayed 4 nights and loved the experience. The hotel is beautifully located directly on the beach, hidden away in the jungle. Staff is polite and not too pushy, serving both great entertainment and drinks. The Rita Taco is only open for lunch, which must be the biggest downside on this hotel as it is the supreme food source. The two themed restaurants (Italian and Asian Fusion) are ok, the Italian the least tasteful.
Rooms are good size for our stay, and we loved the proximity to the beach, pool and bar. Highly recommended!

Everyone one was great! Whenever they found out you liked a drink they kept it coming. Drinks were great. Entertainment at night was fire every night. Had so much fun and met great people. Food was good I loved the tacos and ceviche. Was a great time would definitely book there again

The staff at Margaritaville go above and beyond to ensure that their guests have a fantastic experience from start to finish. They were so hospitable and made sure all our needs were met no matter the request.
The restaurants were all amazing, particularly the Italian one Frank and Lola's. Latino, the fusion restaurant was delicious as well.
My wife and I also enjoyed a wonderful beachside couples massage and Hydrotherapy. Rolando, Rayna and Sylvia did an amazing job.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a little more quiet while mixed with all the fun of an upscale resort. We will never forget this trip and we will definitely be back.

I like a small resort. Not too much walking to get anywhere. The beach was kept clean of sea****. The music was off by 11pm. Great food and friendly staff

My fiancee and I were treated exceptionally well! Especially by Tony and Eduardo at the Beachouse restaurant!! Those two gentlemen went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure we were WELL taken care of! The entire staff we encountered was excellent the entire stay. We are so grateful! Hola Tony and Eduardo! Greetings from Papi Chulo!!!! 😂

We paid for an ocean front room with our original reservation and in order to be close to the other person we traveled with we had to pay another $500.00, that didn't make much sense to me. My husband was turning 50 during the trip so I met with the concierge about doing something special for him. She had options but everything cost money and a LOT of it. I asked about a small cake (there was only 3 of us) for his birthday and was told that would be $550.00....FOR A CAKE. She did put a banner on the door...meh. I have stayed at many all inclusive resorts and they are usually happy to a accommodate such requests at no charge. Overall the staff was nice, and the service was good. The food was okay but nothing overly impressive. We made the mistake of sitting thru a travel presentation and that was horrible. They are very aggressive and the one lady was just down right mean. The water at the beach had a lot of ****s and debris in the water ...yuck. There is no alcohol in the rooms, you can get beverages from the on site store using the limited number of "points" they give you at check in, but liquor you have to pay for. Just seemed like things that are normally included in an "all inclusive" resort were not at this property. I would not go back.
