Hotel Kastel & Spa Avec Piscine d'Eau de Mer chauffée et située à 50 m de l'hôtel

I am very disappointed but just for the restaurant and the restaurant staff, this famous little intern who does not offer us any drinks or bread and rushes us the fish soup while we were still at the aperitif, so cold soup. so already having dinner at the entrance for 10 minutes no drinks offered or bread so I tell my husband it's pitiful and at the end of the meal the manager of the room takes his defense and catches me at the exit to tell me that the little one was upset and that he had left her behind to protect her and me very surprised and in tears because my husband came just 3 minutes before but did not say anything to him it's really the world upside down at 1800 euros per week it's disgusting and the manager of the room very unfriendly stressful, and that we ask him for rust for the fish soup while the little intern does not know what she knows and the manager of the room shouts loudly in front of everyone YOU ARE NOT IN THE SOUTH HERE WHAT ARROGANCE !!!! It's a shame because all the rest of the week we have lunch and dinner in another hotel. I feel sorry for this little one in high season especially since we didn't say anything to her. Fortunately, all the hostesses and the reception manager were extremely kind. And took the time to listen to us. Thank you again to all of you for your kindness. And regarding this room manager, I think that if it had been a customer at 5000 euros per week, I think he would not have accosted his wife. And this intern before leaving the hotel who runs like a three-year-old child towards the reception to find out what we had said, this behavior is really disappointing and unprofessional. Other people were there and stunned.

La chambre réservée était vue sur mer au 2 étage. Avec acces au SPA, diner et petit déjeuner. Ce qui était top : L'atmosphère de l'hôtel est véritablement propice à la détente, un vrai havre de paix. La chambre était spacieuse, propre, et très confortable. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la possibilité de tester les soins corps directement dans la salle de bain de la chambre, un vrai moment de bien-être. (d'ailleurs j'ai fais des achats à la boutique) La petite attention du goûter à l'accueil a été une délicieuse surprise, chaleureuse et accueillante. L'accueil, en général, était souriant et bienveillant, ce qui a fait une jolie différence. Le dîner au restaurant était excellent, et le service aimable et réactif a rendu le moment encore plus agréable. Ce qui pour moi est à améliorer Avoir des peignoirs directement dans la chambre, plutôt que seulement au SPA, ajouterait encore plus de confort. J'aurais aimé trouver un démaquillant visage et un soin en chambre pour prolonger l'expérience bien-être. Une fleur naturelle dans la chambre apporterait une petite touche élégante et raffinée. La literie était un peu trop ferme pour moi. Un surmatelas pourrait améliorer le confort ? Les bouquets de fleurs sur les tables du restaurant gagneraient à être mieux arrangés pour une présentation plus soignée. Les petites lampes sont charmantes, mais elles seraient encore plus élégantes sans quelques petites taches. Il serait préférable que les chiens des clients ne se promènent pas librement dans la salle du restaurant.
