Good customer service from TRIP. Was booked wrong date but managed to change to the date I need.
Room is clean and quiet, because no windows, but I don’t mind as I need a good sleep with quiet environment.

The people sitting at the counter are friendly, nice..overall nice hotel..can withstand luxury even if I'm greedy for a budget price
