"Lovely staff, but the water dispenser is a "tall" order. The staff really go out of their way to help. Only problem was the water dispenser. It’s placed on a table, making it tower over me. As a short girl, using the hot water felt a bit like a stunt from a movie 😂 I was terrified of a hot splash to the face! It would be much better if it were placed at a lower, safer height. And also location prefectly in heart of bentong, walking distance to Bukit Do.. everywhere. Nasi Kandar 24h across the street."

"A decent choice if you are looking for a new accommodation option in Genting Highlands. The apartment was spacious and new with basic amenities. However, the water in the shower area kept overflowing out and there were sounds of water flowing through the pipes throughout the night. Most importantly, the wait for the elevator during checkout was horrendous and took us almost 20-30 minutes, will need some patience."

"The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again."

"The butler, Shasha, was very patient and kind. She helped us change from a twin room to a king room, (other staff) also help to retrieve our key when we left this in the room after check-out, and even arranged a temporary HDMI cable when ours had issues when connecting our switch to TV —such thoughtful service! The birthday decoration was also absolutely beautiful. This is definitely worth a try if you want a peaceful escape from the city. The service truly deserves its 5-star rating. The car Crockford provides to go Grand hotel includes the massage functionality in the middle seats of the car. Can you imagine? For breakfast, I’d suggest adding Greek yogurt. There are plenty of fresh fruits, and Greek yogurt would be a great pairing. The current farm yogurt is quite high in sugar. The seafood porridge is very good also."

"The experience is good for staycation. Better still if is durian runtuh season 🤤. Our time is not good. Anyway the location is easy to find Place is clean just not much activity to do. One thing I not happy about is access to drinks are limited. They only allowed us to fill up like coffee & cold drinks, only during tea break, breakfast & dinner. Other time u only can refill distilled water. After check out from the place, u can visit the chamang waterfall. 🥶 COLD WATER AND a lot of FISH!!!! yes there are fishes in the water falls. Plenty of it!!!"

"Our stay at Grand Ion Delemen Genting Highlands was honestly abit disappointing. I booked through Trip.com and requested the highest floor immediately after booking, but we were only given a lower-floor room. We were later informed that such requests need to be made 1–2 days before check-in, which wasn’t mentioned during the booking process. The biggest disappointment was finding out that the swimming pool was closed for renovation only after we arrived. This was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. It would really help if the hotel clearly informed guests in advance about ongoing renovations and unavailable facilities, so people can make informed decisions before booking. Transparency goes a long way in creating a better guest experience."
