After soaking in the hot spring, they told me that I could not go back in after I came out and that I could temporarily go out for 2 hours. They said it was written on the sign. Where did I say it was written? The front desk took out a sign from under the cabinet and told me that it was written here. If you didn't take it out, who would have known that it could only be temporarily released for 2 hours after it was released? The service attitude is very average and the tone is blunt, without any sense of service. Funny, how can you provide service with such an attitude?

The room is very spacious and bright! The aunt's service attitude is also very good. There are many hot springs in the world, but there are only a few indoor ones. The skiing was very good and the kids had a lot of fun!

The hotel was too cold. I went there on February 3rd. I started to have a fever on the way back, and when I got home I had a high fever. The temperature in the room is only 14 to 5 degrees Celsius. Only one air conditioner in the living room can provide warmth. A small hanging air conditioner can drive a little bit of space in the living room, and it is only a little warm. When I came here before, I would wear shorts and it would make me sweat. Later, I was given an electric heater. The living room was too big and it didn't work much. The electric heater was a little broken. There were wooden tatami mats in the room, so I didn't dare to take it inside. Asked the hotel front desk, the front desk said that no one has ever told them that the room is cold, and customers are really tolerant of you.

The worst experience in a hot spring hotel. Let’s talk about the room first. I stayed in a room with a swimming pool on the second floor. There are hundreds of rooms on the second floor. There is only one staircase on the east side and no elevator. It takes a long time for guests to go back to their rooms. It is even more inconvenient to carry luggage. . Second, the decoration is old and the maintenance is average. There is no place to sit in the room except the bed. Third, the water temperature is unstable. Most of the water is hot water, and cold water has to wait. Fourth, there were a lot of diners, and you had to queue up to order. The quality of the dishes was pretty good, but the price was a bit high. The wild vegetable dipping sauce alone costs 78 yuan, which is not unacceptable, but it does feel like asking for the price. When checking into the hotel, you will be given two outdoor hot spring experience coupons every day. Most of the outdoor hot spring pools have low water temperatures, and there are also pools that are basically empty. Perhaps due to the season, there are many leaves in the pond. There are many hot springs, but not many are suitable for soaking. Overall, during my three-day stay, I only took a dip once. This time I stayed at a hot spring hotel and had a very poor experience. I will not consider coming back next time.
