An old but classy hotel. I was very comfortable during my 4 night stay and plan to go again. Delicious breakfast.
Good price. Hot water bath. Warm radiator. Cleanliness is all good. Highly recommended.

It's a lovely hotel and the staff are very helpful even after I had made a mistake. Safe place to leave our bikes, room was comfortable, clean and large enough. The grounds were nice, overall a great place to spend a few days. It's close to the centre to visit and shop.

A little dated and need to be refreshed - no double glazing, stains on the carpets, the lock of the room was blocked, so the door of the room did not automatically lock, but had to be locked with the room card. the woodwork could use a layer of paint or varnish. It was clean, but for the price and the fact that this is promoted as a wellness hotel, it was below standard.

The hotel was wonderful, we got upgraded to a better room. The staff was very helpful and super nice. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was delicious.

Room 118 Needs refurbishment ....... A Squirt of WD 40 is needed on door of Balcony . Floor of Balcony Needs Drastic Repair Breakfast Cleaning , of Tables .... USE CARTS / TROLLEYS for Clearing away used plates Standard has gone down since we stayed in June

Terrible attitude from reception upon arrival. Asked for early checkin, which was answered with let me check if it’s possible. However, he didn’t check-he just took my payment and said come back at 3pm. I again asked if early checkin was possible. He said they couldn’t guarantee. Again, no one checked.

We had a great time at the hotel. The hotel's location was convenient for us. The breakfast was excellent, the service was fantastic, and the staff were very respectful.
