Perfect location and great hotel. Hotel parking was a bonus and convenient.. We had a very pleasant stay.

Good .

Very nice service, but very busy when we were there. They try to arrange lots of activities which is nice. Be aware though, pool is small (more for relaxing than for swimming), and comes at a surcharge.

Best hotell ever

The room is bigger than expected, the breakfast is really good, the breakfast room is also very beautiful, how can I describe the service, Nordic speed, it took 40 minutes to send a bath towel, I called twice to urge, but it is still beautiful, the flaws do not outweigh the merits

The hygiene level is poor, and there are a lot of hair and black spots on the sheets. I stayed there twice, and each time I was given an elevator room/street-facing room. There is a bar downstairs in the hotel, which is very noisy and does not stop until 3 or 4 in the morning. The overall cost performance is not high

The location is very convenient, there is a restaurant on the first floor. Go up the escalator directly to the lobby to check in. It is recommended to go early for breakfast because the location is small and it is not convenient to get things when there are many people.

The bedsheets and pillowcases smelled bad on the first day we checked in. It was obvious that the previous guest had not replaced them after using them. Then the next day we asked the front desk to change all the bedsheets and pillowcases. When we went back at night, we found that the pillow we were leaning against was still the same. The same perfume smell has not been replaced at all...very helpless... In addition, their room cleaning staff was rude and kept urging and knocking on the door. We stayed for four days and it felt like they were just disposing of the trash cans every day. There were some tea bags and cups on the table that we had used, but they were not disposed of for two days. I don’t know. The cleaning staff didn't see it or ignored it. I am very impressed with the room cleaning staff in this hotel...

The breakfast is very rich in variety. The room is not big but clean. The only nitpick is the water pressure. It is hot and cold every time. I personally don't like it very much, but if you think about Finnish saunas at that time, maybe It was a good experience, but there was also a bit of a noise problem. I personally don’t recommend staying on Fridays and Saturdays, because there is a bar underneath the hotel, and there were many people gathering at 1 and 2 in the morning to party, which affected my sleep. Fortunately, I only had one night on a Friday. , it is also very quiet at other times, overall it is good

The location is great, shopping and travel are very convenient, there is a lake in front of the door, and there is a lively bar on the first floor

Very good location, facing the lake, upgraded to a suite with a sauna, very large balcony, perfect room, but unfortunately only stayed for one night, it is worth staying for two nights
