The Ritz-Carlton never disappoints me every time. The hotel is located at the entrance to Potsdamer Platz, with convenient transportation. There is an Oriental Chinese supermarket under the station, which is very convenient for shopping. It is a few minutes' walk to the Jewish Memorial and the Brandenburg Gate. We stayed here for 7 nights. The phone in the first room was broken, and the windowsill and bedside table were covered with a thin layer of dust. The front desk changed our room later.
