Stayed for two nights, the bed sheets were fine, the towels were not changed, the breakfast was worse than other boutique hotels of the same price, the service staff was also of poor quality, the waiters in the restaurant would not pay attention to you except to say hello, the front desk was friendly but unprofessional, especially the woman, her emotional management ability made me suspect she had mental problems, I asked politely about printing, she didn't know how to type, stuck at one of the steps, in fact, I could just say that I didn't know, but she suddenly raised her tone and repeated loudly: This is what I don't know! Repeated several times, people who didn't know would think I was arguing with her... How can someone with emotional management problems work at the front desk of a hotel that claims to be a 4-star hotel? Anyway, I think it's too outrageous and scared me.

This hotel is simply stunning! Definitely top 5 of all hotels I have ever stayed - even prettier than its website pictures! Our family group had 4 rooms - all unique and simply beautiful. Breakfast is spectacular and breakfast room is unequivocally lovely. Bar/lounge area had a piano player while we were there. All-day tea bar was a welcome addition since the weather was a bit cold and rainy during our visit. Would love to come for another stay someday!

we stayed at Myer's Hotel for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood very close to the city center and public transport, making it perfect for exploring Berlin. The staff were very polite and always ready to help. The breakfast was generous with wide variety o high-quality options. Myer's Hotel is a great choice if you are looking for peaceful stay in Berlin. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice hotel in the Prenzlauer Berg residential neighborhood. The neighborhood is quiet with many restaurants within a 5-15 minute walk. Half a block away is a tram station that will take you to the Alexanderplatz transit station with good connections to the airport, Hauptbahnhof, and most other places in Berlin. The hotel is very nice with good size rooms, comfortable beds, and a good shower. The staff are very helpful, nice, and speak good English if you don't speak German well or at all. Breakfast was included in my room rate. It was very good with a wide selection of breads, pastries, cereals, fruit, cheese and meats, and eggs. The only issues I had were a toilet that started running on after flushing but maintenance worked on it and showed me a trick to get it to stop running if it happened again. I used the trip multiple times. Also, the room was a bit warm but the air conditioning wasn't working when I first arrived. Maintenance worked on it and got the fan running but it didn't cool the room much. If it wasn't for these last 2 issues, I would give the hotel 5 stars.

This was my second stay at the Myer’s Hotel Berlin, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience! The rooms are incredibly large & beautifully appointed (it felt more like having my own apartment, rather than staying in a hotel room!), the beds are super comfortable, and the staff are amazing (from front desk to cleaning to dining room). The location is incredible (Prenzlauer Berg is my favorite neighborhood in Berlin - you feel like a local, yet very easily accessible to all of the tourist sights), and it really felt like a wonderful home away from home. I cherished my time in the lovely dining room each morning enjoying the expansive breakfast buffet before starting my day. There is absolutely nothing negative that I could say about my stay. One of my best hotel experiences ever!

Tired of cookie-cutter hotel stays? Then this is your place in Berlin! The rooms are very comfortable, and are decorated in the style of a long gone era where comfort came first. Located in somewhat of a residential area, the hotel is very close to the trolley stop and bus stop (therefore making easy connections to U-bahn and S-bahn) , but also within walking distance of some interesting local restaurants. The breakfast buffet was excellent (loved those crepes!), offering good quality along with variety common at European hotels - something for everyone. I wish we had been able to stay longer and enjoy Myer's amenities along with enjoying incredible Berlin.

Lovely hotel in a nice neighbourhood, beautiful art deco style rooms which are big in size, top notch buffet breakfast, friendly staff, good location easy transport links, plenty of places to eat close by. Would definitely recommend staying here.
