"The hotel very clean, the workers very friendly, but nobody warns that the windows of the rooms can not be opened and my husband is asthmatic and needed ventilation and it was impossible. There was no place to park the car in the hotel parking and the receptionist told us to go to the opposite hotel to be able to park hi for another fee in the other hotel. In the kitchen of the apartment there was no kind of seasoning (oil, salt, pepper), there was nothing when it must be in all hotels with kitchen. They told us that there was a minibar in the room and there was nothing to eat or drink in our room. The TV did not work well at all, the remote control did not work, and everything was very slow. At night you can see a lot of lights from the room phone, from the room card, etc."

"The room and bathroom were clean. We borrowed a spoon and fork at the front desk, and the staff were nice. The room has air conditioning, but no refrigerator, so be aware of this if you are planning to buy food or late-night snacks and store them in your room. The hotel provides an all-in-one body wash, towels, and a hairdryer. However, you will need to bring your own toothbrush, facial cleanser, and any other personal items you may need. The location was close to the station, making it convenient for sightseeing, and since the station area itself isn't sketchy, it was a comfortable stay. The view from the hotel was nice, and a flea market was held along the way to the station on weekends. The hotel reception offers discount and benefit cards, so I highly recommend it as an affordable place to stay when visiting Berlin."
