"The location is fantastic, directly opposite Gesundbrunnen Center, with connections to the U-Bahn, S-Bahn, and long-distance trains. The fact that you need to pick up your room key for the aparthotel just a few meters away at the main hotel is clearly explained in the pre-arrival emails. The online check-in and check-out also worked perfectly, so just make sure to read everything carefully. The lady at the reception was very friendly and spoke German. The Wi-Fi password needs to be requested at the front desk, and it was stable for me. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and with a bit of patience, the 2000 TV channels truly offer every station! The curtains provide complete blackout, and it's wonderfully quiet. The kettle in my room broke in the evening but was replaced first thing the next morning. I would definitely check in at the Ocak (Apart) Hotel again anytime."

House keeping carried out if you require it but reception needs to be informed daily. This is becoming normal practice here and other hotels. Only negative there is no fridge which is unusual for a hotel of this grading"

"Berlin Sleep Club is located in a nice area with cute restaurants that isn’t too loud at night. My bed was comfortable enough and cozy with the curtains (I had a lower bunk) although the pillow was extremely lumpy. The bathrooms are clean although much smaller than they appear in the photos. Issues: Despite the advertised “10pm-7am lights out” policy, the bright overhead lights were turned on at 11:30pm by others in my dorm. There was noise from the hallway until late into the night. The biggest issue, however, was getting into the hotel. The email where an access code was supposed to be provided had a blank line where the code was supposed to be, and I was unable to reach the listed number as an international traveler with an e-SIM. If another guest hadn’t let me in, I would have had to pay for a full day of roaming cell coverage. I would try a different hostel next time in Berlin."
