There isn't staff on-site all the time, but I was able to check in via internet call. The showers are shared between men and women, which is common in Germany, but there seems to be a separate women's shower room, so effectively they are separated. Both the showers and toilets were clean; I had no issues with them. However, since it's on the ground floor and faces the street, I occasionally heard voices, footsteps, and smelled cigarette smoke from outside, but that's to be expected. I'd likely stay here again on my next trip to Berlin!"
