The worst hotel I have ever dealt with. I have stayed at literally hundreds of hotels in over 30 countries, and this is THE WORST! Greedy management and completely unfair business practices, in partnership with the booking agency. This hotel will take advantage of any opportunity, even a mistake by the booking agency, to separate you from your money. HORRIBLE!

A lovely oasis in the big city. I chose a room on the garden side and from the room I saw mostly trees and the garden. I heard very little traffic noise. The room was large enough and the bed comfortable. The decor was seafoam green, notably the linoleum floor. The staff were helpful and friendly. The garden is a delight, complete with ponds and little half-hidden places to sit. I would give this place six stars if I could, and I look forward to visiting again next time I need to be in the center of Berlin.

We booked this hotel last minute we were stranded in Berlin after problems with the trains. The hotel is very basic & quite far from the main train station. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room & it resembled a hospital room, very bare. Positives were that it was a good sized room & had a good shower. We paid quite a lot of money for one night in this hotel but were disappointed.

Hotel is within two minutes of the Berlin Wall, which was convenient. However, as seen by other reviews, the wi-fi did not work --- at least above the second floor. Reported it to the front desk twice and was told that they would "report it". Had to sit in the hotel lobby if we wanted wi-fi. Very disappointing and felt a refund of some type should have been issued.

Meine Bewertung bezieht sich nur auf die Gastronomie. Da ich das Haus als Tagungsstätte in guter Erinnerung hatte, haben ich es für eine Familienfeier mit rund 40 Gästen ausgewählt. Wir hatten ein ausgezeichnetes Brunch, das einerseits alles bot, was zu einem vielseitigen Frühstück gehört, andererseits aber auch mehrere warme Gerichte und diverse Nachspeisen, alles sehr schmackhaft. Dazu noch mässige Preise. Wir und unsere Gäste fanden auch die Location mit dem angrenzenden großen Garten sehr schön und auch das Personal außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einmal im Monat gibt es ein öffentliches Brunch, das werden wir gerne mal wieder nutzen. Das ist keine bezahlte Werbung, auch wenn es manchem so klingen mag.

Ruhiges und sauberes Hotel. Mein Zimmer befand sich zur Hofseite und wahr sehr ruhig. Gute Anbindungsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Empfangspersonal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber aber wirkte sehr steril. Ich gehe davon aus, dass sich die Zimmer im Sommer sehr stark aufheizen werden. Kleine Reparaturen wären nötig z.B Halterung des Duschkopfes ist total lose.

Saubere, zweckmäßige Zimmer und nettes Personal. Die bodengleiche Dusche ist gut, aber dass es nur einen Duschvorhang gibt, ist ein Nachteil. Eine Duschkabine, oder zumindest eine Glasabtrennung wäre schön.
