One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at with very great staff actually met the best people at that hotel. My stay was made very easy with the help from Bilal very well spoken English and Ali two very great kind hearted people very mindful I will definitely be back.

The location is perfect, especially if you are boarding a cruise from Galata port. With plenty of bars, restaurants and and shops around the hotel. Its within walking distance of both the port and some of the great sites around Galata. Although the renovation is not complete the hotel is comfortable and delivers exactly what you paid for. The staff is super friendly and really helpful. A local breakfast was included but offered in a nearby venue as the kitchen renovation was not completed. It was the highlight of my stay. Definitely recommend.

+Cleanliness was at standard level. It didn't leave the impression of being very clean or dirty.
+There were places to have a good time around the hotel.
+Close to public transportation.
+The staff was friendly.
-After check out, we wanted to leave our luggage for a few hours and they accepted. I don't intend to blame anyone, but the name tags on the suitcase were peeled off and the password entry was not in the numbers I left.
-One of the two windows was broken, it did not close properly and it was very cold even though we set the air conditioner to warm at night.
-The room was really small and had a low ceiling.
-The bathroom door handle was broken and could not be opened from the inside.
-Due to the location of the hotel, there may be noise from outside until late hours.
