Disappointing, dirty apartment (with dead insects everywhere including in the cupboards, dusty floor etc) when I arrived, very dark with minimal view of the outside which gave a really unpleasant scary feeling. The bedding was in poor condition, so the nights were not good. It was hot and there was no way to ventilate properly. Added to this is the fact that during the 2 weeks I spent, the hammam never worked. A customer explained to me that they save money. In fact, the spa jets do not work all the time. In fact there is great potential but we feel that the investment was heavy and that they lacked the last 10 percent to ensure that the stay was truly pleasant for their customers. We have the impression that they did the minimum to get their 4 stars in order to get maximum profitability. In the meantime, the customer pays a high price and the value for money is very poor. In other words, there are definitely better options at this price. And I'm not the only one who had this impression.

I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes at the reception before anyone arrived even though the reception was open at this time. A shame. The bed was very made to me (the sheet was too short compared to the mattress). Well located but very very disappointing service

The parking was paid at 8€ per day while on your site it is marked free parking. Breakfast needs to be improved.

We arrived at 4 p.m., tired from our day, but we couldn't get back to our apartment before 5 p.m. (a bit late when you only stay one night). In the meantime, we were able to take advantage of the hotel's infrastructure, such as the indoor swimming pool. Very nice after a day of sightseeing. The swimming pool is very large with sauna and hammam. Children are welcome here. The only downside is that there are no closing locker rooms and no lockers to put our things in (not very practical when you don't yet have your apartment). Then we took possession of our apartment, it was a T3, with living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and separate WC from the bathroom. Well equipped, clean and quite spacious. Comfortable, not very noisy. Just a problem with the chairs in the living room which melts an infernal noise against the floor (small pads of felt under the feet will be appreciable, for the comfort of all), it is the only annoying noise that we heard and also made in moving the chairs. The receptionist was top notch. The hotel has a clean, modern, welcoming general appearance and is accessible for family stays. Very nice decor. The bedding is pretty good. We only spent one night but it felt like home. We are delighted with our short stay. I recommend and will book again.

The stay could have been excellent in this establishment. Arriving at the lobby of this hotel filled us. What a disappointment when we arrived at reception... An overwhelmed receptionist who let us wait for around 15 minutes before checking us in and informing us that cleaning is not included in the reservation and that it will have to be done by our guests. own means. Once we got the map we found the corridors quite dirty. The accommodation made a good impression on us. A beautiful, brand new apartment of good size. Too bad, for us, the bed was damaged (broken slats), our first night was not very good! Positive point, a technician intervened quickly after reporting this problem. The spa area is a real plus and nearby public transport is very practical (bus and free shuttle). In short, good services, but a poorly supervised team and a lack of rigor when it comes to housekeeping. It would be wise to offer, include a cleaning kit with the minimum.

very good overall, a small downside, for a 4 star, toilet paper, and dishwashing product not provided. Unless I'm mistaken, I didn't see when booking that you had to equip yourself. In December, January, I easily found free parking in front of the hotel.
