Sadly. A mouse appeared in my room! I called the hotel and they changed a room for me. But still quite disappointed and really bad bad experience.

There is a large supermarket about 50 meters away from the hotel when you turn left. It is quite good in Bien Hua. There are many things and they are not expensive. Try to buy what you need here😆
The room is large, the bed is averagely comfortable, and the air conditioner is very cold, but it is too noisy, so I can only sleep with headphones. I didn't sleep well for two days, so I changed hotels on the third day.
The breakfast buffet was ok. It can be considered relatively clean.

I booked a LARGE room with balcony.....I checked in... and they give me a key to a large room WITHOUT balcony. ..... back down to reception.... now I get the key to a SMALL room WITH balcony.... by now I'm tired of arguing. Also .... for the first time in MANY MANY years... I was told by the receptionists that if a Westerner and a Vietnamese citizen stay together in the same room, they have to show a marriage certificate..... To sum it all up.... I felt more like a customer than a guest.... probably the last time I come here.
