Indigo Bintan located right in the complex of Bintan Resort. Its still brand new and everythings on point. This is the perfect resort for getaway with buggy and upcoming kids club etc. I stayed for a week from 4-9 Nov 2024 in building 2, the room was spacious, and the service was remarkable. They offered turn down service every night. Also showed a true hospitality through gesture and remember names. Checked in by Mbak Enggar & Mas Tommy, welcomed in SugarBeats by Mas Jaka, Mas Taher, Mbak Sasa, Mbak Genny, Mbak Chika, Mas Kadek, Mas Dion and any other I couldnt remember. Thank you for a memorable stay experience!

Jay gave us a really warm welcome and we enjoyed a wonderful lunch with impeccable service from Shasa, Jaka, Nurul, Chika and Genny. Everyone is so friendly and attentive and supported us with booking activities for the afternoon! Can’t wait for the rest of our stay.

What an amazing place!!!! We stayed beginning of Nov and the hotel just opened the week before...So yes, there are still a few works to be finished before for sure it will have 5 stars! only 10/15 min from the ferry, same beach as the Sanchaya in Lagoi. Food is excellent, 2 huge pools plus kids ones, fitness center... and every one is so nice! So yes don't miss this wonderful hotel!

The view is veryyyyy good. Tha food at sugar beat also goood .. the staff from sugar beat especially shasa and jaka excellent service . I really recomend to you guys to stay here.. this hotel have a good staff and good for rest. Thanks all.. i will come back

The best beef redang of my life! Really fantastic hotel. Excellent staff, especially Sasha, who made us feel so welcome. Beautiful atmosphere. Rooms very nice. Absolutely highly recommend. We will be back another time. Thank you for treating us so well.
