The location of the hotel is good, it overlooks the main street, the balconies are cute, the room was a little small, it would have been nice if it had a refrigerator. Apart from that, it is also nice to have a parking lot, there is no parking problem.

Good morning, I made a last minute reservation with you at a hotel yesterday around 10:00 a.m. for one night. I went to introduce myself at the reception of the Gloria tibi hotel. For the moment no worries the place wasn't great but it was okay. Then a person from the hotel directs me to my room and I go inside in shock, a place that is so unsanitary, I really don't understand how anyone can do this, it's inhumane. The condition of the room was catastrophic, cobwebs hung over my head, Mosquitoes were waiting for me to take the rest of my blood. The shower was disgusting, the sockets dangerous. The air conditioning was disgusting and I had doubts about the beds and mattresses that were placed there regarding bedbugs. The gentleman who took me to my room suggested that I go back up and ask for another room with a slightly higher price. I tell him that I'm going to go up to understand the why and the how. I go back to reception and say what is this room, even an animal wouldn't want to sleep, do you think that's normal? He tells me eco room otherwise pay something which I refuse and put my things down and I go out. I come back at 11 p.m. to go to bed and shower and then I see that there is no more electricity, I go into my room struggling. In the corridor a man was spraying a product for horrifying animals. I go back up and decide to leave without sleeping, the hotel guy doesn't care. I want to be reimbursed for a disgrace

It's dirty, the staff is indifferent, the hotel is poorly maintained, it's terrible

It was a facility where we stayed for one night for rest. Looking at the comments, we just said how disgraceful it can be, we will sleep 5-6 hours, but it was really disgraceful. It was not a clean facility, I wanted to sleep with a towel on the pillow, there was hair in the towel. One of the rooms taken as a hotel room was given as an apart room on the 1st floor. We had to stay because we couldn't access ets because it was late at night. I do not recommend.
