The hotel is located right by lake Bled and it was beautiful to wake up looking over lake Bled from our room. When its not tourist season the restaurant at 1.floor close early so its quiet at the evening, perfect for our stay. Good breakfast from meny and very polite and nice staff. We would choose to stay here again.

Located a short walk away from the busier part of the Lake /town this hotel offers a beautiful peaceful setting overlooking the lake. No complaints at all - good service, clean hotel with all the facilities we required & overlooking the lake. The only meal we ate at the hotel was breakfast & that was good. Would recommend

I have been to the restaurant a number of times of the past few years and have always had a good experience however the last couple of times I visited this was not the case at all! The staff are extremely rude and obnoxious, having been rude to my 10 year old son because he wanted to ask something to the waiter I asked the waiter politely if he could recommend any smoothie’s. He grunted and said ‘look in the menu’ and walked off. I wasn’t happy with his general attitude and he seemed more interested in being rude to people than actually providing a good service. With prices higher then most places around the lake I would expect a better level of service to compliment the surrounding and the price tag. We decisive to go back again a separate day and give them another go but again another waiter was equally disinterested in speaking to my family in a courteous manner or look at all interested in doing his job. Very dissatisfied overall and will definitely not be returning from now on.

The hotel is right on the water. Plenty of opportunity to sit on their deck with a drink or a snack and look over the beautiful setting. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our only regret is that we didn't book a bigger room. Ours was tiny and very difficult to move around. Perhaps okay for one person, but for two.

+ Great location next to Lake Bled Good service in both the Hotel and Restaurant Free parking and easy access to the town and surrounding sights Outstanding food - Small rooms with too small beds. It is impossible to even open a suitcase Small bathrooms Lousy WIFI

Malgré le monde nous avons été très bien servis, belle carte, service rapide, nous avons très bien mangé. Les prix sont plus chers qu'ailleurs en slovenie mais c'est un lieu touristique et c'est les prix appliqués dans les restaurants de Bled.

In viaggio con la famiglia (2 adulti, 2 ragazzi ed un cane) visitiamo la cittadina e dopo il giro al lago decidiamo di fermarci per il pranzo. Ci sistemiamo fuori ed ordiniamo un piatto a base di pesce (con del risotto), 3 piatti di costolette di maiale con patate, 2 birre ed 1 cola. Servizio celere, cameriere reattivo e sempre gentile. Essendo il compleanno di mio figlio, ordiniamo anche 3 dessert con una candelina simbolica. Quando arriva il conto la bella sorpresa: il manager, considerata l’occasione, ha deciso di offrirci tutti i dolci. Paghiamo 108,50 €: prezzo non economico ma coerente per location e quantità di cibo nei piatti. Di certo avremo un bel ricordo di questo ristorante.

Wir waren hier 2x. Können zu Mittag-und Abendessen nichts sagen, da wir immer Kaffee und Kuchen bestellt hatten. Aussicht top. Service zuvorkommend. Aussicht auf den See, klar dafür zahlt man mit, aber das wussten wir vorher. Sehr zu empfehlen, nur benötigt man etwas Glück um einen freien Platz zu bekommen;-). Kuchen sehr gut, sehr grosse Portionen.
